 | Double Six Racing are pleased to announce the support of Girlracer, in the search for the 2009 Race Star winner.
Girlracer is an interactive online resource and promoter of women in motoring, motorsport, extreme sports and the associated lifestyle. Updated daily, Girlracer features live news and updates from the sporting and motoring world, forums and lifestyle branding for conscientious, active women who have a passion for life and adventure!
The deal involves cross promotion with Girlracer promoting the Race Star competition on the Girlracer web site and at shows throughout 2009 and DSR promoting Girlracer on the 2009 Race Car, Race Star Training Cars and Race Star promotional material.
Marc Nelson, Joint MD at DSR, comments "This is a great linkup and something that we have been working towards for a while now. We feel that the partnership will be great for both companies and there respective communities. In 2010 we are investigating the possibility of running a Race Star - The Girls competition for girls only as well as a Race Star - The Boys competition but a lot of work is needed before that can become a reality. The partnership with Girlracer is a step in the right direction though."
